vtwin0001: I think (from what i've seen) this is the best you'll get to see from Joan Collins. So no booby capture.

Cheers

This file has been retagged : this is not a vhsrip but a real dvdrip, even though the dvd seems to be made from the vhs. I release the file for those who want to download it.

Here is where I found the dvd :

That's not a dvd though, that's a pirate dvd from a vhs source. Therefore its a VHSrip that's been re-encoded twice :) If it isn't a dvd, it confuses people who find the movie via emule search to tag it as a dvd, since it looks like the ultimate source, which is a VHS :)

From the site you linked to which illegally sells pirate dvds:
Misinformed legal blurp found here:https://www.monstersinmotion.com/catalog/information.php/info_id/11 wrote:
What's The Deal With DVD-R?
This title is provided on DVD-R media. Due to the rarity and special-interest nature of these films, commercially-pressed DVDs would not be financially feasible. DVD-R media allows Small Labels to produce titles in small lots, thereby holding production costs down, which keeps prices reasonable. DVD-R is compatible with nearly all consumer DVD players produced in the last three years or so. Many websites maintain compatibility databases, so if you are unsure of your player's ability to handle DVD-R, you may wish to do a bit of research. One such database can be found here.

Are These Bootleg DVDs?
No. Monsters In Motion does not sell bootlegs or pirated copies of existing North American DVD releases. There would be little point in infringing on licensing arrangements to offer you the same titles which could easily be had at your local discount chain. All our titles are either original DVD releases, or obtained from other vendors. The vast majority of our titles have never seen a widespread domestic release on DVD. If you believe that a title we carry is in conflict with some agreement you have as a rights/license holder, please contact us. We welcome the opportunity to discuss fair distribution arrangements with you.

Terms Of Sale
DVD-R titles are produced with the best available materials and sources. In particular, considerable effort has been expended to obtain the best image and sound quality for every title. Many titles in the Monsters In Motion collection are old and rare, and overall quality variations are inevitable. Any title which suffers from a physical defect in media or workmanship will be replaced free of charge. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

That's standard internet blurb for them selling illegal copies of movies  You see it a lot, on these geocities/ebay "vendors"

although a lot of the stock is public domain which they can legitimately pirate (that is none-copyright movies). What they've sold you is a VHSrip they've made themselves onto a DVDr, probably made with either a capture card or one of those standalone dvd recorders. I've got plenty of pirate DVD bootlegs, but when i rip them, and when any group rips them, they use the source as the source, usually TV or VHS.

So it is actually a vhsrip they've put on a dvd, not an actual dvd (which is a commerically pressed optical media). The DVD is actually a DVD-r, which would be PDVD (under scene release rules, which are largely irrelevant but then all the DVDrip/TS/CAM/HDTV/etc. filetags come from) if you wanted to tag it as that source, but since its a PDVD of a VHSrip, its better just to put the original source.

You only want to be putting DVDrip if its actually from a retail DVD else its very misleading for everyone :)

Just to summarise, it is a VHSrip. You might not have done it yourself, but you've paid someone to put it on a DVD-r (not a DVD) for you.
