You might want to have a look at lphant:

amule and mldonkey are the most popular, lphant is a lot newer. i've been meaning to test it out myself. Only tried it a few years back and there was an upload problem.

I've been using amule for Linux several months now. It's probably the best ed2k client I've used on any OS.

Mac OS X is well supported AFAIK.

i never found amule as good as emule. I've been meaning to retry lphant though, you used that ddf?

Never tried lphant. It's a little too alpha right now.

and yes, amule does suck on windows. I don't think any of the devs use windows so it doesn't get much love.
