That's good news. I'm looking forward to it. I was supposed to go see it last night but it fell through. Knowing you've played all 4 games (Fear Itself) and are impressed with the film is more likely than not a good sign.

i persoanlly loved the movie, never play any games so yea, I dont care if it's fateful to the game or not, if they ever want something done 100% shot by shot same as the game they may as well play the game if you ask me.

The movie as it stands:
FUCKING AMAZING design work on creature and setting, pros all looks good to me, music is lovely, pacing could have been better if they cut out the men, plotwise is solid, no stupid omg-why-cant-they-see-it plot holes, ending is quite fun not in the way you expect it, you will have to walk away and think about it before you can see how this ending is actually the best ending there is.
Acting is okay, not much is needed to be honest. The dialouge is sometimes a bit annoying, but, again it doesnt hur the movie overall. I will see it again in cinema, certain it's one of the best horror movie this year. Yes i rate it better than Saw 2 because it lost some of the beautiful camera work that they had in Saw 1.
