HELP! i need the name of 2 movies

hi, i would like to know the name of 2 horror movies of the 80's one is about living dead, but the speciall thing about this movie is that one of the caracters fall in love with a blonde cheerleader to discover in the end of the movie that she was already dead.
and the second movie is about a heavy metal singer who come back to live with demonic powers (or something like that) when you play the LP of this backwards.
i will apreciatte is somebody could help me with this 2 movies,

I got one, set in a hospital the ONLY scene I can remember is a head in a wastepaper bin, anyone? It may have had a syringe to the eyeball scene too

I thought it was visiting hours, but it's not
