A Halloween special that became all too real for millions of British TV viewers. Michael Parkinson, Sarah Greene, Mike Smith and Craig Charles investigate live on television strange events in a North London council house. With the help of paranormal experts and phone calls from the general public they slowly uncover the horrifying truth about 'Mr. Pipes'...

Ghostwatch was deemed to be unrepeatable due to the controversy surrounding its initial showing on Halloween 1992, and was only released on video after 10 years! Check out the IMDb rating and reviews for this one!

Don't worry it's totally intact! Seeing this without the last 15 minutes would be pretty useless. I'm on Razorback tonight, and probably until Sunday afternoon.

Yeah, same here...

But this thing is such a load of crap...
British folk are silly. And that Amercian in the back of the studio with the picture of New York on the wall was the only one with any sense. :D

hmmm... *remembers the War Of The Worlds radio broadcast*
yeah, but that was like a long time ago and stuff...

I've also got some of the public information films shown on the top 100 scary moments. The "what to do in the event of a nuclear attack" and the "spirit of dark and lonely water" ones if anyone is interested?

Okay I just got round to watching this... if you can get past the terrible acting from the family, this is really good for a larf. Craig Charles was the only believable person in the whole thing really. However, it does get quite good at the end and super freaky (if you can get behind the hammy acting, a better cast on the non-presenter front would have been better), a lot like one of my favourite episodes of Tales from the Crypt (was it a rip off of ghostwatch? I'll have to check the air dates).

Something I hope everyone spotted, the 'indecent' picture drawn by Mr Pipes in the kids exercise book. Something to offend all the chrisitans and make all the immature people snigger...
Image

Someone on imdb posted about it being indecent, but i mean, if its supposed to be drawn by a paedophile ghost, I really don't think it is at all.

---

Anyway, I noticed that this isn't deinterlaced and has noticeable scan lines, so I've moved it to the lower quality section.
