Why is it that when my downloads finish (as in all of them, empty queue) My client no longer uploads to anyone, even super popular files. This is making releasing a bitch. At first I thought my modem was shitting-the-bed, then considered my ISP was chokin my bandwidth. Any ideas?

What mod are you using? I'd consider reporting this as a bug, and switching until it's fixed.
