The subs are Hearing Impaired ones.
So they appear at different sides of the screen, written with more than two lines (sometimes 5).
I made a srt file from them, corrected the OCR, and corrected the too more lines problem (they're on two lines max, now.)

You could find them here.

There is this amazing, little-known short story by Jack London you may want to read:

http://london.sonoma.edu/Writings/Uncol ... eaths.html

Its name is "A thousand deaths". I haven't seen this movie, but it sounds a rip-off of it :wacky:

It is certainly very similar, although IMHO the short story is infinately better, the ending of the film is poor.

Definately a better idea (ripped off or not) than the execution

Put some better screenshots up that those crappy vcdquality ones and *moved* because of:

I think this should be moved to the Lesser quality releases category.
I noticed two seperate sequences in this rip that has a few bad frames but they only last for a second.

The first time it's not to disturbing:
Frame 11732 (0.08.09.323)
Image

The second time it's worse but like I said it doesn't last long:
Frame 70079 (0.48.42.881)
Image
Frame 70098 (0.48.43.674)
Image

The movie itself was quite good :)

I've just checked the file I downloaded and that corruption is not present in either of the two frames.

I downloaded this from usenet though - can someone who downed it from emule see if there's any corruption please, if not this needs to be moved back

The hash is the same on my version as the version posted here. This rip is fine.

Moved back to HQ

Thanx, I hope the bad frames come only from Spud's dl...

Anyway, I give it a chance.
