   The boy can't help it follows John Davidson, now a grown man from Galashiels
   who suffers from the most severe form of TouretteÆs Syndrome, a complex
   neurological disorder. This fascinating and inspiring film explores the 
   way in which John, his family and the local community deal with his 
   extreme condition, catching up on where John is now and how he felt about
   the original documentary.

Tourette's Syndrome (also known as Tourette's Disorder) is a fairly common childhood-onset condition that may be associated with features of many other conditions.
