Started out as a LowID error, then all the servers rejected me.

Then I noticed someone getting HIGHER than the capped upload I have set. Same within my Firewall, it registered at 64k. constant, when emule has been set to 20k. I have 64k uploads.

Some nasty fuckers out there.

don't blame a crappy client on the people downloading from you. How comes your capped so low? You get intelligent upload manager on or something, that adjusts your upload to a realistic figure and b/w you have to spare.

I have it capped at 20k cause I share this connection with 3 other people.

It wouldn't be fair to hog it all to myself.

Anyways, teh error is because your client isn't restricting download like it should, don't blame it on the person downloading. His client asked yours how much b/w you had to spare, your client told it and sent the file. Nothing wrong at his end

i got the same thing, but i think it was just my computer was to slow for the mod and my other programs running. my upload/download monitor was showing the correct speed, but emule and sygate were showing double of what the speedwas.
