Got a problem.

Was on emule 0.47a MorphXt 8... (and something) connected to donkeyserver1 or 2 since a few weeks.
Since a few days, I got a message when I tried to connect to donkeyserver2, "please use emule 0.47c and enable protocol obfuscation" or something similar.
I didn't change my mule as morphXT didn't propose an update.
Today, after connecting donkeyserver1 and making a research for something, I got this message : "PLEASE USE EMULE 0.47C AND ENABLE PROTOCOL obfuscation to get results from this server (...)" 80 times exactly and nothing else, no result, no nothing...
So, been to morphxt site and found an upgrade.
Upgraded, but it didn't help. I've added the option on emule in "security" but didn't change anything...
Can't connect to donkeyserver2 (DonkeyServer No2 (62.241.53.16:4242) appears to be dead.) and when I connect to donkeyserver1, get this message when making a research : "PLEASE USE EMULE 0.47C AND ENABLE PROTOCOL obfuscation to get results from this server (...)".

Have an idea ?

However I really don't know, I'm not running a 47c based client.

Have you tried the morphXT board?

I'm not using a 0.47c client either. But what I don't get is how that message can appear on a 0.47a client which Da [Fr]og was using originally.

Haven't the DS servers been upggraded to whatever version that supports obfuscation? I can't think of any reason why they are forcing upgrade unless maybe it's one of the fake DS servers.

What ip addresses are the DS servers you're using Da [Fr]og?

I'm running MorphXT 9.0 which is a 0.47c based client and hadn't experienced neither, ie I can log no problem on Donkeyservers and both global and Kad searches work w/o any hussle.

However, even before the upgrade (was using MorphXT 8.10 up until the 9.0 came out, which I think was 2 or 3 days ago) I had no problem connecting to Donkeyserver 1 & 2 and no pesky messages.

Sorry Spud, didn't want to annoy, but wanted to be sure you saw that one...

Killingjokezzz, no fake DS server, DondeyServers as I always did. I don't run eMule yet and can't give you the adress (except this : DonkeyServer No2 (62.241.53.16:4242)) but be sure the servers I'm talking about are the ones I've always been using. I've chatted with Jess, he gave me the ip's of his servers, exactly the same as mine, the german ones, located in Netherland...

The problem is that my girl has the same problem with her PC, she can't connect to DonkeyServer n°2 since a few days, always the same message...

But don't ask me why, a few hours after, I could connect to server n°1 and find stuff, no more 80 times the same message.

But no way to connect to server n°2...

Anyway, I have a theory, but as I'm a nerd (yet, that much !) I'm sure of nothing...
My girl and I have the same french ISP and maybe the messages come from EdonkeyServers cause they know our provider is briding us ????
As I said, I'm sure of nothing...
Anyway, I'm at my girl's pc and will try and see if I can do something here...

It's just telling you that it's trying to connect to the server and it's using protocol obfuscation

and it can't cause it' appears to be dead...

That's my problem, never had such troubles before a week...
