emule, 3 october, Germany, ffs

one fellow just said that at 3 october police/internet police/etc
made big check of peeps sharing piracy stuff...
as he said that was known, and many germans just turned emules off. i did not know.
he said that during 3 october he got many attempts to scan 4662 port on his comp from "some organizations"
i have lowid.. so piss off... but computer that shared boneyard - nope...
i hope they won't do anything coz of 1 movie.. and dunno if they checked me...
btw, yesterday and today traffic is very low.. i think that coz many peeps from Germany turned emule off.
he said also that last month several tousends peeps in holland were busted too.

eh, i warn people, nobody seems to care till it happens to them. i dont mean to scare people into not using p2p(that would be doing the copyrightnazi bitches work for them) just use caution and/or common sense, preferedly both, but at least use a firewall, dont let everyone view your shared folder if you sharing something you alledgedly shouldnt be, and update your list o' blocked ip#s frequently.

anybody ever send a letter back to universal? like warning them that some of thier employees may be downloading stuff from you, on company computers that universal may be liable for, and as proof send a copy of thier letter back to them showing the list of movies they were getting from you. with luck, they would sue themselves, getting tied up in court for years.

well, i am sharing my connection with 10 peoples.
AND i am 100% sure (i just know it) that on gate mashine the is NO software that counts traffic per person or there r logs.
so they can see only whole traffic but can not know who did it.
