I wouldn't know, but why don't you just install emule on your d drive and copy all the files over, temp drive, credit file etc.

First tell the Mule where you want your new temp/complted folder to be. When you restart the Mule, the links may have reset to 0%, in which case use the import downloads and check 'remove after completion' (if your mod doesn't have that just delete them manually later), after it copies it to the new drive youre ready to resume.

when i update emule, i copy all my part and part.met files to anotehr folder and then use "tools>import part files". You can just change the temp file directory in options, and then turn off emule, then either restart and import, or just copy them across to the new location.

Importing my reindex your number of the file, say if some have completed or you've cancelled, but that's nothing to worry about.
