Powershare means that it's on the highest possible priority, in other words: as long as there are requests for this file there will be no uploads other than this.

the whole story is totally different than the first 3 movies???

it doesnt relate to any story of the previous movies

so :(

otherwise if not concerning the previous movies, this show that misa is really an evil witch :(
