Yeah, the last thing you'd expect at night when a girl is climbing out of a window is Iron Maiden... although Ilike both girls and Iron Maiden

But seriously, metal and horror is not enough. You also need psychobilly and a pretty girl to dismember. Didn't they teach you this at the Metal and Girldismemberment University??? :o :argue:

Yay, metal and horror have always been a good combination. Do people know more flicks with metal-soundtracks?

I remember "Dead Men Walking" having a quite loud soundtrack.

Not bad keep it up man!

Demon Knight, FvJ, Resident Evil, Judgement Night, The Crow, and Dracula 2000 come to mind of metal soundtracks!

DK and Crow especially are good s/t.

any generic hollywood shit has a heavy metal soundtrack to be fair, its usually some shite kiddy bands i wouldn't so much piss on let alone buy an album for though. which reminds me, do slipknot only have 3 songs they keep recycling for every new horror film that comes out? :wacky:

I remember that rob zombie is on Bride of Chucky though ;) but then he's on Beavis and Butthead do america :googley:

Eeehm, not ALL "generic hollywood shit" has a heavy metal soundtrack. There are really bad films with a metal soundtrack and there are pretty good ones with one. It's rather odd that all European horror I know of doesn't have any. Anyone suggestions?

I bet they do, but Slipknot can hardly be called metal, if even music  Let's just say that their music matches the level of the films it's used in.

I just watched Strangeland, it has a metal soundtrack too. Some songs are pretty cool, but it also has that kind of US nu-metallish horror crap.
