Plot summary:

I'm not sure if this is the uncut version, does anyone know anything about the runtimes?

I know the UK version was cut by 1 sec.

I think it's not uncut, since the dvd box doesnt say anything about it (if it's cut or not).

However it will be nice to know about the runtimes

If it is ripped from the Elite DVD release pictured above then it's uncut.
