I think all Yamagouchi's output is quite a pile of crap and that he got the spotlight for a short time just because people could not see his movies :P

actually Mu Zan E was quite nice flick with. not his usual oeuvre, with some plot twist that shed quite different light on the plot. one could even call it a philosophical gore in vein of Sato Hisayasu 'Naked Blood' :wink: but the rest is scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
