I have a DVDr (fan dupe quality) with hardcoded ENG subs, in german labelled UNCUT. I would offer to transcribe the eng subs from the video, but the re-timing to the nicer rip would be a crusty cunt to do.

Do I really have to rip it? :wacky:

Thanks man, I can make a resynch for sure! Have you only eng subs?
So please give me your transcript (.srt or .txt format) and let me know if you have some problem.

Ok I think theres confusion the subs are HARDCODED into the picture I'd have to watch and type them out.

Or I could just rip it and those that care enough can transcribe them from the rip to an SRT file.

I remeber it being watchable quality, but its been a few years.

I'll rip it first and release if its acceptable quality, then maybe transcribe from the rip. OK? Ok. just gimme some time to do it, I'm lazy and work too much. :mrgreen:

Hm... subrip has a special feature which works as a subtitle recognizer for avi, what it does is that ir rips the hardcoded subtitles from the avi.

I believe the better the avi, the better chances are for subrip to recognize those characters embedded in the movie. (a 3 cd rip might help a lot, i think, whereas a 1 cd rip might be worst)

This means you wont have to type each character out, just some
