I went for a walk about 1.45am as I wasnt tired & when I came back there was 6 policemen & a van parked outside 'THE' troublesome neighbours house. I walked past saying something like keep him locked up this time, that blokes a menace (he gets drunk, smashes up his house & throws his junk in the back alley & verbally abuses anyone about). Then I thought, lets go have a nosey so opened a beer, lit a cig & went out the front to see whats going on. I was told this asshole had 'battered a young lad in the town' & that 'they were waiting for the big boys as they were going in to get him'
Well I'm new to the area & never seen anything quite like this in the old country bumpkin town I'm from so watched & waited.
More & more police cars pull up & park & eventually at 2.30am the riot team turn up in there bulletproof vests with their entry equipment. At this point theres 4 police cars, 1 van & a riot van along with about 15 police.
The next thing there was drilling (I think) noises, hammering, splintering timber, more drilling, more hammering & then theyre in & a long line of police enter the house. They come out dragging this asshole kicking & screaming & fighting. Must have taken them a full 5 mins to control the situation although hes still shouting, screaming & argueing. They put him in the van & all you can hear then is relentless thuds as the stupid ass thinks he can kick his way out lol
Hope the drunken dolehead has some savings coz he now needs a new front door

This bloke is a menace. The police are there arresting him almost every other day for something or other, but tonight was intense. I thought that the police had to have a court order to enter somebodys house, so this poor bloke that got 'battered' must have been in a real mess if they didnt need it.
I've been stood at my back door in the evening & theres a tiny gap above my gate below the stone entry & hes walked past pissed off & drunk, seen me through the gap (not that I can see him) & shouted, 'what you looking at'. I hope this time they lock him up for a long time so myself & all my other neighbours can get on with life without the constant intimidation of a 40 yr old thug

So you are now avoiding the subject? Fine. We don't have to talk about the body you left in the bushes during your walk, but we all know that is really what this post is about.

If he's that bad why don't all the neighbours get together and get him evicted?
You do know they'll find the body when all the leaves fall off in the Autumn

Yeah, that will work. Don't forget what country BadBugs is from.
Police arresting him every other day sums up how effective that would be. If a judge have any balls he'd be on the front lines in iraq or some hell hole to teach him some respect for life. Then again, I'm not sure modern warfare shits people up like the WWs used to.

He is, that was my point. Now i can't believe your from the uk or have ever been if you think that would work
That's like thinking the police do f*ck all 95% of the time when you phone them; noise complaints, arsehole neightbours, vandals etc. It all just becomes an ongoing saga. Then when the police actually do something its usually far, far too late and even if it does go further, you've still got these arsehole judges that give out weak sentances.

We had a problem family on the estate when i moved in, always doing burglaries and shit.
One of the little twats kicked someone to death by the shops.
Anyhoo when there dad was inside (again) a group of blokes stormed the house and smashed everything up. The council moved them to another estate over the hill. After about 6 months there was a rumour the council was going to rehouse them on another estate not far away. The council had 3000 signatures with a week, so they didn't move them.
I know the laws have changed since this happened, i thought it was easier to evict problem families nowadays.
But at the end of the day the family only understood violence and thats what got them out.
I'm not saying this was an ideal way to bring about the conclusion, but sometimes you can't reason with people and everything gets a bit drastic.

I think the only obvious solution to the problem would be to sneak into his home while he slept, steal his eating utensils (perferably a steak knife) - really anything sharp that he used and left in his sink unwashed. Using this, go stab happy on some neighbour kid, you know cut out his liver, chop off the fingers, that sort of thing, then put a few odd bits, (the spleen) in a tupperware containor in the dudes refrigorator, naybe some finger sandwiiches made from real fingers, stash some body parts in his heat vents, crawlspaces, a severed penis laminated to the inside of his toilet, etc. like he's some kind of trophy keeping psycho killer. then start a small fire that creates a TON of smoke so that nothing is damaged but the firefighters will give the place the once over and see the body parts and there is no cop anywhere who would believe the guy was framed. I mean, c'mon, the first newsreport aired and the dude is already convicted.
um, I guess the moral of this story is always do your dishes before you go to bed, and, errr, don't live by me.

for legal reasons, that suggestion is for entertainment purposes only.
Chain him to a radiator, poor quick lime over him, and drop him in a septic take would be nicer. I think that's what Jesus would do.

Its in the boot of TakYon's car (unless hes eaten it already)
I live in a terrace which is almost all owner occupied except for his house which is the only council house for miles. The police said the only way to get him evicted is to put pressure on the neighbourhood policing team to put pressure on the council to move him to the kind of scummy estate he belongs on. Unfortunately this takes time & its not something that will happen unless other people also complain but they all know hes violent & are too scared to do anything about it & would rather put up with it & live in fear instead of fear the repercussions if he found out that theyd been involved in a mass complaint. Sad but true
What puzzles me is why they cant keep him locked up. I almost got locked up for decking someone with one punch (sold me a faulty pc & refused to fix it or refund me). This alcoholic beats a lot of people up & yet hes still walking the streets & a danger to the public.

Speaking hypothetically if I were a trained marksman with access to a Prickskyttegevär 90, then this may or may not be the sort of work I`d take on for a nominal fee.

Actually after reading that I hope he doesn't and gets his ass robbed clean and some winos stay at his place while he's away. johnathome wrote: | If he's that bad why don't all the neighbours get together and get him evicted?[...] |
Or better yet get together and batter him into oblivion. Simple and effective.
