yeah and it would be so much easier if you read the instructions. what is it with people, instructions are there for a reason. ok, how is it every (ahem) males always ask me to set their, tv/dvd...whatever up. how to tune tvs etc... and even, how do i set my digital wrist watch!!!

It was a fantastic gig, I've waited 30 years to see the Pistols and they didn't disappoint. I thought they would be sloppy because the Filthy Lucre CD was in my opinion but no, they were really tight. They played for about an hour and a quarter, playing Never Mind the Bollocks in its entireity, No Fun, Did You No Wrong and Stepping Stone. They only played one encore (Bodies and Anarchy in the UK) but they had over-run by this time and so I guess the venue pulled the plug after this and switched the floor lights on. The audio is available at Punktorrents for those who are interested.

Wow, I didn't know they could still put up a performance. Sounds cool.
A pity is that stuff like that never happens overhere. In the USA famous bands do reunion tours that don't even cross the big lake, and in the UK it seems to be the same. 
It puts a big grin on my face to know that you guys (and girls) are trying to shout out at bands you watch for me. I'm really curious what a band might say if they actually heard it. I think there will be some confusion at first

I saw them years ago in Finsbury Park London. It was the big all day festival thing that they made 'The Filthy Lucre Live' CD from. Great day out, Iggy Pop was another highlight of the day.
I have to agree with George that the CD sounds shit but when youre there in the crowd with thousands of people singing along it sounded really good at the time.
