I'll go with Halloween. Simple and effective.
This is a little OT but I was always creeped out
by the sound track to the original Diablo game.

The original soundtrack to Akira has some pretty freaky moments. I used to listen to that when walking home from my shitty late-nite job.
Otherwise the most evil soundtrack ever has to be for the new Chipmunks movie — terrifying! Funkytown…
