It looks like a uniformed guy with some sort of a werewolf head. But because it's pretty dark (shadows all over its face) I'm not sure.

It's no werewolf and it isn't the Candyman.  Hint: It's a rather new movie and the monster eats (at least parts of) its victims.

I was thinking it was a new film (around about five years old), something they might have shown on zone horror. That monster an the girl pic look farmiliar but I know I haven't seen that movie.
