Gamera the Invincible - Godzilla rip-off, nothing more, nothing less. Avoid this and go watch Gojira (1954) instead.

The Road to Glory - lovestory in World War I setting. The romantic stuff made it cheesy sometimes, but overall it was a nice movie. I have seen better WWI films, though.

Weirdsville - reminded me of Lock, Stock... I sometimes got the idea that the filmmaker was first trying to glorify druguse, then condemn it, and then switch between the two throughout the film. Apart from this, it is some light entertainment with a few good laughs. Nothing really special, though.

Witchcraft Through The Ages - watching this, you get the chance to see an old movie about witchcraft in the Middle Ages. As a documentary, this thing is worthless, but as entertinment it is pretty OK. However I don't think I'm gonna watch it again.

Attack of the Cockface Killer - apart from the title, there's nothing to enjoy in this. What an insult to filmmaking this crapfest is! Nothing worse than a film trying to be funny but failing altogether. Avoid at all costs.

Darkness, the vampire version - I was told this was a very gory vampire movie. This is partly true, because I thought the vampires were very zombie-esque. The gore part is very good and sometimes even inventive and original. I liked this movie, recommended to everyone.

Blonde and Blonder - I really felt like watching a stupid comedy with non-acting bimbos, so I picked this. If you feel the same, watch it. In any other case, avoid it, as it is not funny, very predictable, there are only a few pretty girls and none of them get naked.

The Air I Breathe - multiple stories get together by mere coincidence. I liked the way the director/scriptwriter mixed the stories together, but there were many, many cases in which the "coincidence" was just way too big. On the plus side: this movie keeps one entertained until the end credits.

Feast (2005): According to IMDb this should be a horror/comedy. As a horror movie it was ok, but as a horror/comedy it totally failed for me. The jokes (like the humping monsters) were so dumb most of the time that I couldn't laugh about them. This is a needn't see. :)

I watched "The Happening". Utterly lame duck... been done countless times, faster, better and with something this film lacked entirely; entertainment value.

Terrible Film
Terrible Plot
Terrible Directing
Terrible, Terrible Writing
Terrible, Terrible Acting

Didn't you even like Henry Rollins, in his not-so-typical role? I found his performance hilarious!

I watched:

Nazi Love Camp 27 - the damn thing wouldn't run on my DVD player, so I had to sit down behind my PC screen to enjoy this flick. Enjoy is a big word for it, it's not nearly as ravishing as other nazisploitations, although I must say the crossdress scene was hilarious.

Frankenstein meets the Space Monster - almost everything in this movie was campy/cheesy, so if you're into bad movies for a laugh, pick this one. You won't be disappointed!

If you were watching my old rip yeah....I did things a bit different back then....it's an mp3 issue for the most part...like I said...I may redo this one at some point just so I can watch it in the dvd player too instead of streaming from my comp to my tv....It is an old rip.....so that says a lot. I am not sure I even capped it on my pinnacle...probably did it on my old nvidia card...so there you go

It ran, but very very slowly, and the sound came in bits and pieces, it was just unbearable. Nevermind, I watched it from behind the PC, which is not the most comfortable way to watch a movie, but it still is a way.

Oh, btw I watched:

The Desert Rats - nice warflick about the battle for Tobruk. It was not megalomanic, not overly heroic, not very violent, but really enjoyable.

No, I will need extra cables and drilling through the wall. There are very few rips with this problem, I had only 4 up to now (out several hundred, maybe a thousand rips) which I had to watch from behind the PC screen.

Terror Train (1980): Simple cliché story with 80s atmoshpere. Nothing special if you ask me. I liked David Copperfield's appearance as "The Magician" though.

Damn, I'm almost a week behind on this ;)

I have been watching:

The Guard Post (GP 506) - I liked this Korean zombiemovie a lot, although I had trouble keeping the characters apart (this sounds cliche, but those Koreans really look alike). Nevertheless, one of the best zombiemovies I have seen lately.

Class of 1984 - somepeople classify this as horror or scifi. I don't know why. Of course the movie is situated in the near future (1984 while it was made in 1982), but apart from that this is a highschoolmovie, albeit a not very typical one. Think Blackboard Jungle where everything goes wrong.

Creepshow - yay, QPel! Good movie, I especially liked "The Crate". I thought it was a brilliant plan by Henry!

Futurama, Benders Big Score - not as good as The Simpsons Movie, but still funny. Several good jokes, a nice effort by a team which had a break for two years.

The Spell - nice possession story, good acting and a very young Helen Hunt make this flick enjoyable enough. Not very special, but not a waste of time either.

Rec - also a good zombiemovie, this time from Spain. Maybe the US should stop making zombiemovies and leave it to other countries, like Korea and Spain. Sometimes the Blair Witch camera style annoyed me, but overall the story is good and the ending is quite original.

Terror at Orgy Castle - cheap excuse for a movie which was only made to show a lot of nudity. If you like sex from the 70s, check this one out.

Cannibal Mercenary - stupid movie from Thailand. My English dub tried to make the viewer believe that he was watching a Vietnam warmvie, but apart from some shooting, this was merely a show of non-acting and some gory stuff. The cannibal part only comes in the final scenes, but is quite moderate when compared to cannibal movies from the 70s.

The Signal - quite elaborate storyboard, with several storylines intertwining throughout the movie. I'm still not 100% sure if I like this film or not: the storylines were cool, but the horrorpart of this film was a bit, well, it wanted to be original very hard but it failed. That's how I felt it.

Bakterion aka Panic - quite dull and predictable contamination film where a professor gets infected and starts killing people. Seen hundreds of times before.

A Tale Of Two Sisters (2003): Korean "horror" movie about two sisters that have to face their rude stepmother after returning home from a mental institution. Bah. Now that is not true at all. But it is a good text for the ones who haven't seen it. LOL. It wasn't quite scary. It had a few breath-takers (scares) but that was all. The story was ok and has some twists near the ending. Worth a watch, but not as near shocking as "The Grudge" for instance. :)

A friend of mine came over and after we watched one of my alltime favourite horrorscenes ever, we watched the following:

Frontière(s) - pretty harsh, like other recent French horror movies. Sometimes I felt like I was watching House of 1000 Corpses, sometimes it was very stupid.
Spoiler:
The father of the nazi family speaks of pure blood while he is welcoming an Arab woman in the family: this is either superbad or the lamest joke ever.
Overall I thought this movie was good and I recommend it to anyone. Shame really, that these French movies always have one (bigger or smaller) flaw which is always pretty noticeable. Without them, these movies would be among the best in the world.

Evil Dead, the Musical - we had to get used to the setting and the musical thing, but after some 15 mins, we started to enjoy it, and I thought this was one hilarious performance. The way they played out the gory scenes from the movies was resourceful. If you haven't seen the movies, this will be weird and maybe even dull. So, watch the movies first, and then this musical.

Splatter Beach - nice, short and gory bad movie ith enough hot chicks to get it going. It obviously rips off of other creature movies like "Humanoids from the Deep" and (literally) "Creature from the Haunted Sea". A very good bad movie indeed.

Yesterday I watched films for over 7 hours, so it almost was as long as a working day ;)

Salon Kitty - nazisploitation, but without any camps or torture. A brothel gets relocated and the new prostitutes are spies for the SS. Compared to other nazisploitations, this one almost looked arty. Big drawback is the length: clocking in at 2 hours and 13 mins this film is way too long for its subject.

Goregasm - dirty movie. A pornstore has a pleasure hole, and there is alo the cockfaced killer again, and a gang of man-killing women. Way better than "Attack of the Cockfaced Killer", but this is not very hard. The humour was quite dull, like in "Attack...", but the storyline was a tad better and the shock value of this film is way higher. I only fast forwarded a few times during this film, whereas I almost fast forwarded the entire movie when watching "Attack..."

Devil Girl from Mars - nice example of 50s scifi with a box playing a robot and several ultra cheap sfx. If you want to have a laugh, watch this one.

In Harm's Way - a John Wayne vehicle which clocks in at 2 hours and 30 mins, which is also too long, but this story needed more time than Salon Kitty. Several people involved in relationships with each other, amorous or familiar, at the eve of World War II and the attack on Pearl Harbour. Despite John Wayne this movie is (again) 1000 times better than "Pearl Harbour".
