This composite of the film contains what appears to be the regular release of the film, with workprint footage spliced in beginning right before the sheriff gets has back broken by Jason and continues through to the end. The back-breaking is different from the released version, and there are some differences at the end. There are no ending credits on this tape.

IMDB wrote:
The workprint version, contains the sheriff's backbreaking death in its entirety. The ending is also slightly altered; it excludes the profanity Tommy spouts at Jason, and the ensuing fight between Tommy and Jason both above and below the lake's surface is longer. After Megan rescues Tommy and shoves the boat's propeller into Jason's neck, the shot of the gore spilling into the water is eliminated.

This is in fact a great sequel. The filesize for the workprint is a total overkill.

I know, what do you think ! But you're free to download it or not buddy... It's been three weeks that i'm trying to convert it with Gordian Knot with differents settings, nothing have worked so far. I've followed the guide of BadBugs, no chance... If you know what was wrong, let me know ! :P

What about the output filesize? What was your source?

.vob and .ifo from a DVD-R bought on a web site. Not too hard to find which... :P

I've followed the guide of BadBugs on How to use GK, and my setting were at 700MB, 1CD file size in GK, and after encoding, I endend up with a 1.3GB file. I've try some other setting, and it didn't worked at all. The only thing I didn't try is to select an another file size, instead of 700MB / 1CD. So after three weeks of trying, I was too frustrated and drop the case  I've tryed with AutoGK, the first time, it worked well, but the resolution was so low, 240x320. So i've try with different setting, like 'Fixed resolution', and 'Max resolution', nothing worked. I never got it to work, always gave me some errors... Ripping seems to be too hard for me, so at least those Workprint are there, and it's better than nothing. I was thinking of releasing the whole DVD-R, but who will download three files of 4GB each... :?

If you know what goes wrong, let me know ! (I'm on Vista x64 btw, if it mean anything)

At least they are not bad-interlaced, as I can tell. Thanks to BadBugs to help me on this one !

Besides the basic settings you should look for a reasonable quality factor (Bits/Pixel*Frame) and compressibility value (in %).
Take a look at this: http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/gknot-basics-xvid.htm

Next release will be: La Cité Des Entfants Perdu (1995) + Making Of (Status: working on the subtitles)
Last release was: Svengali (1931)

It's not a good idea to go much below 0.17 bits/pixel*frame
If you go for 1 CD stay close to 0.17
If you go for 2 CDs stay around 0.25
If TV bits/pixel*frame is below ~0.13 you should raise your bitrate (and go for more CDs).

Well, it look like this might 'maybe' be the problem. I've never touched that part of the software. I though it was going to set it by itself, since I've selected the setting 70MB / 1CD. Stupid program, can't do anything good by itself, it's like a woman, you always have to tell her what to do...!!!

Anyway, i'll try it next time i'll have the courage to do a rip again, cause right now, i'm too piss man ! Stupid software. And why is it written in the BadBugs guide ??? Or I've miss it ??? Gonna check it again... Thanks for the info btw, maybe that was my problem.

No offense and I can't really tell by now why it's bigger than 1GB, but looking at those pictures 250 maybe 300 MB should be enough.
