Someone started a great thread called Subtitles Websites. Try the site that says English subtitles for Asian movies (aka kloofy).

You can chose between two English Subtitles in the sub/idx file. 1st one are only sings etc. 2nd one are dialogs and all

I suppose that's because it only contains the "Singing" texts, doesn't it? I wonder who would ever need that stream anyway.

It makes sense. A low budget dubbing does not include singing parts. So the subs are ready for that!
