To be clear yes, that is the spoiler. lol But knowing the twist in this one is kind of fun because there is a lot of clues that build up.
Everything in that last screen shot has significance, it's a very Kaiser Sose moment in the movie where all the little hints and nudges the parents teach come together. Most notably the Paper bags, trash bags, and the way they are tied to the table.
One of the better found footage movies in my opinion.
