The blu-ray release is in June, so fingers crossed for a nice widescreen print.

Well, today's the first day of my holiday and I have more time for ripping now. So I'll see what I can do with the DVD anyway. :)

That would be very appreciated, since it's not sure that a Blu-Ray rip will come out, so...

Until a Blu-Ray happen, the DVD rip would be nice !

What is "Region B"? Is it "Region 2" for Blue-Ray?

^Rogue^: So you have to spend your holiday ripping stuff for us. You are a poor fellow.
I would like to see this, so a DVD rip would be fantastic. Maybe I buy the Blue-Ray if I liked the movie.

Blu-Ray are like the DVD, there is a Region on them, but unlike DVD, it's three differents regions, defined by letter, A, B and C.

Regions for Blu-ray standard :
[] A: East Asia (except Mainland China and Mongolia), Southeast Asia, the Americas and their dependencies.

[] B: Africa, Southwest Asia, Europe (except Russia), Oceania and their dependencies.

[] C: Central Asia, East Asia (Mainland China and Mongolia only), South Asia, central Eurasia (including Russia) and their dependencies

Major studios have different region coding policies. Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios have released all of their titles region free. Sony Pictures and Warner Bros. have released most of their titles region free, but titles released by Warner's New Line division were, initially, region-coded but subsequently have been released without being locked.

Widescreen or not, this movie is still enjoyable. I liked it when I watched it on a regular TV. I think it's best to always be able to have a movie in original aspect but it doesn't always look better. Like for example there's a Blade Runner dvd with standard and widescreen versions and the standard film quality looks nicer.
