Nice work. Unfortunately, AFAIK the board does not allow moving posts. Therefore, we'd have to use bobbystill's post, which is the initial post, to paste it into. I guess it'd be best if bobby did that.

Yeah, was thinking that. He could use 'quote' on the post and then copy the text out and paste it.

I must say that this was a awsome series and I cant see how they cant have a second season considering how it ended.... they left alot open for a new season. Thanks for all who downloaded this and helped spread it.

So what is the next great series cumming out? only time will tell.

@bobbystills: Feel free to edit the first post. Just click edit and pull it out of quotes if you want.

Now where's that HD version? :) (goes off to look for it)

Yeah, guess we will just have to live with the damn cliff hanger at the end till next season. Anybody know when? Nothing on HBO about it yet.

To do if you'r bored:
Start up ep 4. Jump to about 27min 30 sec. Watch the entire reverend's (The Kurgan) speech but pay close attention to his left arm...

Forgot to post this here, but probably everyone have heard of this already:

Quote:
December 12: HBO to bring back CARINVALE

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO has greenlighted a new 13-episode season of CARNIVALE, the supernatural limited series that just concluded its first run. Created by Daniel Knauf, the show centered on the battle between good and evil being waged at a Depression-era carnival, and featured genre vets Clancy (THE BRIDE) Brown, Clea (IDENTITY) DuVall and Michael (TWIN PEAKS) Anderson. Though not a ratings monster on the order of HBO's THE SOPRANOS, CARNIVALE actually saw a surge in viewership in the latter part of its first season, leading to the decision to bring it back. New episodes will begin rolling in the spring to begin airing in late 2004.

So they already had cancelled the serie(?), but decided to bring it back... nice. After watching all episodes, I really started to like the series. Can't wait to see more :D

no it was never cancelled, it just hadn't been resigned. I think it was obvious there was going to be a second series (then again other networks have made some stupid decisions). Let's hope it's as good/better :)

Thank gods it's not Fox, so I was hoping they don't get any stupid ideas and decide to continue the series. Great to have and official confirmation, looking forward to see it. Hope it sees some good, closed ending, before they decide to cancel it. :P

Thanks for the info, Iconoclast. Hope not many Bothan spies died this time...

And have u seen The Faculty? It has Sophie (Clea DuVall) too, and also Elijah Wood. It's stupid as hell, but made me laugh a few times...

Carniv?le: Season 2 Premieres in January!

In Carniv?le Season Two, we begin the second chapter of our story. Now that the players are positioned, the game is afoot between the forces of Light and Darkness. Ben Hawkins experiences an apocalyptic vision that reveals what's at stake: The fate of the earth.

Ben initiates an uneasy apprenticeship under Management, continuing the search for his father, Henry Scudder, who holds the key to the identity of Ben's nemesis. In order to find him, Ben must confront all the demons of his past. However, Management's ultimate goal in the search is far darker and will claim a far greater price than he could have possibly predicted.

Meanwhile, as Brother Justin's dark power grows, sacrifice and penance is the order of the day, extracted from his followers and supporters a like. Through the arcane teachings of the forbidden Gospel of Matthias, he learns more about his true nature, and the terrible steps he must take to fulfill it, including the key role played by a stranger named Henry Scudder. Brother Justin then begins his own search for Scudder, putting our two principal players on a collision course which culminates in a fatal confrontation.

Daniel Knauf- Creator

Don't miss an all new season of Carniv?le this January!
