Best way to capture NTSC vhs tapes in Europe

My video can play NTSC videotapes and my pinnacle card can capture both in PAL and NTSC.

Yet, Pinnacle wont capture in color when I choose NTSC and when I choose PAL it turns with 3 colors on wrong spots lol, green face, pink suits... etc.

On my old Asus V8200 I could capture in good color on an old driver, but it had choppy playback every minute.

What to do, what to do!

Look in their support forums for a known problem. Probably need an update.

was the emphasis in that sentance. For hardware support its always best to ask the makers

they will say... you are not allowed to copy videotapes and put them on dead-donkey
