The quick preferences list? I can't turn of gif animation and Java since I need those on some sites. What I was looking for is something similiar to Adblock as for Firefox where you can rightclick on an image and block a part of a link so that image will never show up. Guess you have to use it to understand it

OK, now I know what you mean. Thought you meant popups. Unfortunately, I don't think there is such option in Opera.

Go on then. I'll be the whipping boy here. I'll be the poor unfortunate who actually admits to using IE. :-o
Although i shall stand my ground on this matter, and say that Internet Explorer is the finest, fastest, goddamn prettiest and most stable web browser that it has been my pleasure to work with.
Swiftly dodging the insignificant little matter of it being the ONLY web browser i have worked with, i shall stand tall and congratulate the marvellous Mr Gates for bestowing upon me such a wonderous piece of software.
I'm as chuffed with my IE as i am with my Windows ME.

Windows ME? What the fuck is wrong with you boy? LOL Much as I do not really like MS, ME has to be the worst I ever worked with LOL Cant ya "find" a copy of XP Pro or sumink mate?
I know where ya coming from on the IE side, it is easy to use blah blah blah, but I just switched to opera and am loving it so far, fast and stable. I suggest giving it a whizz for a week and see what ya think of it. I had to keep IE as my online banking and a few other sites will not work with it, aswell as some other sites that have java applets do not like it, but all in all it is great.

Bah, I never used that feature, didn't that just add the www and .com bits? opera does that anyways, and it can be configured, I think, to do other domains too. I not use that auto complete shit much anyways, saves all of about 1.5 seconds, I am just in the habit of typing the wholelot anyways.

I wasnt being serious either really. All MS software is bad LOL Atleast I can stop the BSOD in XP Pro, I can then pretend it is really stable LOL When my PC reboots for no reason I can just pretend it was a power cut LOL
