one thing i can tell you guys i didnt join hhah for the movies but i did it becouse of the ppl that was here in the beginning and to get movies was just a little goodie that did come with emule...

@spud, if a unofficial hhah irc didnt survive how do u think an official hhah irc will do?... and this prove it most of the ppl here are only here to leech the hardcore ppl in hhah is max 20 ppl the rest gives a fuck... but if u have made it a warez irc channel u would have got 1000 ppl in there... sad but true..

I tried to use HHAH IRC but couldn't find the server in the mule. I take exception to the above and I'm sure many other HHAH members do too. Leeches don't give a shit about uploading, just downloading. Leeches don't use emule unless they have a leecher mod because it won't let them leech. To keep a file shared as a rule of thumb until HHAH no longer appears in your queue for it is not leeching, it's community spirit. Here at HHAH files are generally shared until they are well spread and reshared on request (Death Ship anyone, pleeeeeease!)

Doc, to be fair, the post is flamebait, virtually everyone here is well behaved and shares and re-shares (and re-shares(and re-shares etc)), if you'd posted it a Sharereactor, I'd have agreed 100%, but not here.

I can't see any connection between leeching and lack of hhah irc support.

Just between us, I hate irc. Many people do. I can't see why this should be bad.

After all, it's irc channel for users, not users for irc. No offense, but if people weren't visiting it, perhaps it's because they don't need it.

Tried to use that mule irc system several times in last December, for example. But the damn thing never worked properly. Though, I've never felt need to idle on hhah irc. Forum PM system is a great chat system. Can reply when I'm around. Just the way I like it. And I use the mule messaging a lot.

But sorry to hear that hhah irc channel is no more, for those that used it.

It worked fine for me..but the thing was,nobody would really chat in it...I would sit there litterally for days and have the last message posted as my own.
The Leech thing I understand to an extent but that is the way of things,gonna have leechers and then you are gonna have people that are gonna help share your stuff out...Do I leech stuff?your damned right I do..why share something out like Bruce Almighty when there are 4oo+ people that are getting it as well.For this site I do share out alot of posts for at least a week before I burn but then I usually dump them and watch for reshare requests since I got my own stuff out beeing released as well.
I can understand your frustration Doc,imagine it from a releasers end though, since I got files like Demonia that have been released out for more than a year and still no full sources but that is just the way it goes with all this stuff,it's free and there is more to get so you have to keep rotating stock unless you have a bunch of 200+ gb hardrives you don't mind dedicating to the effort.Sites like this keep everything going(especially this site) with the reshares and helpfull people that are willing to give up their bandwidth for someone in order for them to get what they want.
Thus endeth my little diatribe.
