Looks like the source quality was not too high. The picture is very "soft". Looks rather like a good HVS-rip. I think it should be moved to LQ. Hope you don't mind. :beerchug:

I think it's just because the movie was made over 25 years ago. Hence the 'soft' image. Many old movies have soft image in DVD (maybe "low-budget" transfer or something). Bitrate is decent enough.
