found this beautiful trash-classic
on the network, lots of sources, bad quality,
seems to be a tv-rip, but so fucking what,
this one's a rare proof of trash
cinema at its finest... 8)

sorry, no subtitles by now,
but i'm currently trying to get them,
there are some, that's for sure

For anyone who has not seen any Turkish cinema, Turkish Star Wars is certainly the best barometer you can find. Using actual footage from the original Star Wars, the story is about 2 space fighter pilots who are shot down over a desert planet and discover a colony of people who are being oppressed by horse back riding mutant savages! It's up to them to save the people from the oppressive mutants! Combining life size evil Muppets with a Flash Gordon like bad guy; and stealing not only footage and soundtrack from Star Wars, but music from Indiana Jones and others.

Without C?neyt Arkin, my life would be senseless. The Man Who Saved The World is not only a film,no,for a long time it was a myth for me. My father once mentioned, that there is a film, of such a quality, the world would not be worth to see it.That film seemed to be the key to every problem in the world. Aftes months in search of that movie, i found it: !!!THE MAN WHO SAVED THE WORLD!!! I think that movie is as important as the bible, the quoran and oprah winfried together!!!

I've seen a short fragment of this one, it's truly amazing!
I took the liberty of moving it to non-horror.

subs are out there, found this comment on imdb.com

Quote:
There are so many things to be said about this film, and if we tell everything, those words would make a couple of hundred pages, even some books! So one advice, see this movie for yourself. Yes, it is maybe the worst film ever, but that's what makes it one of the best ever, too!

If you are interested in having a copy of D?nyayi Kurtaran Adam on .avi format on CD with ENGLISH SUBTITLES (Yes! I made it myself! A very hard work but after all it's worth it!) CONTACT ME!! I really won't charge anything, I just want to spread the movie around the world and poison more people's minds with the film's inhuman script! And, lastly...

CUNEYT ARKIN IS GOD!

so i contacted him...today...let's wait and see :D

You want to see something serious from the sci-fi genre? :D Well, I have it on VHS and in relative good quality but unfortunately in polish language with german subs only. Directed by noone less then Andrzej Zulawski himself. Just mentioned it for the sci-fi fans...who knows, you could stumble one day over some DVD's and remember this title. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093593/

To be honest, I myself find that this movie had some lenghts but you?ll be rewarded with real authentic atmosphere. Really, it is like a transmission of some program from other planet. However, that Zulawski thing in particular is not only rare and almost impossible to get, it is also a masterpiece of film art. True, there is no gore or splatter inside, but ammong other things, you?ll see a very sexy female astronaut, unfortunately not naked, if I recall correct from my memory, LOL. Btw, I was in no way ?catched? by that one horror movie from Zulawski you guys have here in share (forgot already that flicks name, Neil and Adjani are main actors). I am thankfull for the opporunity seeing that one, but I did not saved it ? was not my taste. It is anyway all about individual reception, taste and own made values of all kinds. Who cares who likes what, just spread your links and oppinions...and flame movies or directors which you don?t like in order to keep the forums interesting, LOL. Hey, here is another one from Zulawski you may not miss, imho.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073155/

Again, no splatter or horror in common sense, but, if guys feel bad or depressed I wouldn?t recommend you to watch that movie under such conditions! Hell, I did not even checked out if that one is already floating around on emule. My ?I need that one? list is such long, I wouldn?t be ready with searching & downloading even I would have 20 years time and 50 donkeys (or camels;) in race. Nope, this website is not good for me, I show already crass symptoms of irreversible addiction. And that in multiple forms ]8~)
