Why is this happening to me? I never got hungover before, but lately I've been getting them more and more.... Any hints on how to get better? (yeah, stop drinking, ha-fucking-ha)

Drink Milkshakes, stay in bed. I hate hangovers, as I get older I seem to get them worse and worse

hangovers are caused by the dehydration factor of alcohol
drink 2 eight ounce glasses of water before you go to bed should help:)

Gotta agree with Kat here, I drink a pint of water before I go out, and about 2 pints when I get back , works every time here.

before i did get a hell of a hangover but as i get older i can drink tons of beer without any hangover.... my last hangover was in 1998... i dunno why i dont get them anymore and i dont drink 12 glass of water after all the beer as katy said either... i only feel damn sleepy/tired all day long after a party with heavy drinking and thats it...

i remember when i was 16-19 i drunk a lot..
i could drink about 1l of vodka - and that at the morning was ok..
but now - i still can drink a lot and i dont have headache or sumthing like that... but i somtimes (sorry) barf...
i think that becouse of getting older...

water is the way to go.. but there is a mirical drug... well "herb". Go and buy some "milk thistle" and take a pill with that along with your headache tabs and hangover is GONE.. no idea why but it totaly works.
My boss at one time put me on to it

Drink a small amount of alcho in the morning, as a recoverer, and you will do just fine.. If it doesn't help, drink another one an hour later or something..
There is a chance that you will be drunked 24/7.. but whata heck..

no idea wat it is just a pill you get at the chemist. I tis a "new age" herb thing. Liek a vitium I guess. Anyway my old boss put me on to it, she was a bit og a hippie in many ways and normaly I scoff at that kinda shit but I have to admit that it works.

but u have to drink it in change.
on one beer/wine/schnaps u drink one big glass of water.
this works 100%, i?ve tested it manymanymany times.
