Install, setup a new database, then:

Database>Import>from other movie collectors>From Collectorz Movie Collector

I've tried the one you were using a while back, was reeeeaaaalll crappy. However pointed you to EMM has done so correctly :)

edit: sorry your going to have to google

no ideas on the import, but you should be carefull with cracking it. I did once WAY back, and it seamed the crack was somewhat faulty. Suddenly it told me 'Unregistered version can only have 100 titles' and deleted all but 100!! That's when I decided to buy the fucker. only program I've EVER paid for.

export it as titles only to a CSV (comma seperate file) then try import that way. Failing that export as just a list of titles. Sounds like the moviecollectorz has f*cked something up proper though.

If you go ADD>then mass title add, you can add em that way too.

You can then simply grab all the rest of the info from imdb, by clicking WWW then 2nd button on your list>select all.

Right, I've got the movies imported, and i'm attempting to use the Chain function to download the inforation from the www, but it's a friggin' nightmare, it STOPS on every title and asks for a selection, I've got ~1600 movies to do, is there a quicker way??

I think I've sorted it, Ignore this :)

some tips:
Tools>config>MagicScript>check all

WWW>Import config, uncheck length, edition, MPAA, region and audio format (you should have the important ones already and the others could be totally unrelated)

If you want a Quicksearch, and likely to get some wrong movies, go to:
WWW>Engine config>Quick Import
