I've *just* got my sky back... the idiots charge ?6-f*cking-5 to send a technician out. I looked at the form they have to fill out, and it was a blatant lie what he wrote on it... I knew the problem was the dish was out of allignment, and it took him hours to figure this out.

Dumb ass technicians.

Anyway, I got the horror channel back...hooray! Little Shop of Horrors (original) was on yesterday :)

You can get this channel with the Free-To-Air package Sky announced last week, where you pay ?150 one-off fee and get a load of (mostly wank) channels including this one...

Do they just show films though? Maybe they'll show Tales From The Crypt!!

looks like the channel is getting a bit more funding behind it.

Hellraiser is on tonight for example. That's a notable step up in terms of the movies.

edit: lol, yeah lot more notable movies... attack of the killer tomatoes is on tomorrow :D Followed by Cannibal: The Musical.

hey, seems it wasn't a one off, there some really notable horror movies on looking through.

All the children of the corns, slugs, the howlings, das kabinet, return of the killer tomatoes, pumpkinhead, etc.

Can you get it on cable yet?

NTL announced it as going live on Sept the 8th, but in typical NTL style announced on the 9th that they hadn't tested the new channels and they would have to delay for a couple of weeks. It'll be with us shortly.

I've ditched it all except the TV, NTL offerred me their family pack (all channels bar movies and sport premium channels) for ?11.50, so it wasn't worth me leaving.
Yet
I don't really want a dish on the house either. I was looking at freeview, give how little I watch broadcast TV
