My Bloody Valentine (uncut)

Does anyoen have an uncut version of this? I've been looking for years. They cut everything in this, including the sound effects! i know that the original British flm prints had the full ending. And they showed it at a revival a year or so ago. I also assume that any Dutch or Japanese tapes (but probably not DVDs) would be uncut.

Anyone want to help me scratch another one off my all-time wish list?

I doubt that you 'll find an uncut rip somewhere but keep me informed I've looked for it too!
Paramount sucks they dont release any horror movie Uncut!
Maybe if in some country the distribuitor isn't Paramount then maybe it will be uncut!

That's what I'm hoping. Maybe, they let it out of their hands liek the did with Friday the 13th part 1. Hope springs eternal.

Not to kill your hopes but if I am not wrong Friday the 13th is Warner Bros who has the rights in Sweden at least and I think Europe also

would love an uncut version of this as well (even a vhs cap) but seems to be even rarer than some of the video nasties

Video Nasties were only a problem for Brits. Paramount screwed this one for everybody.

manzarek, Warner got the world wide rights to Friday 1. That's why I'm hoping that Paramount let somebody else scoop them on this one, too. That's what I meant by letting it slip through their hands. If Paramount released it worldwide, you can bet that even old Dutch and Japanese tapes are cut.

Well.... 3 years after the last post and nothing yet... not even in good old japan....

However, the vhs poster they show @ amazon.jp is way cool:

I've heard over G&G that actually there is no uncut version, only strong R rated.

The fully unused footage should be used in upcoming sequel, which will never happen, btw , since remake is announced :matrix:
