I actually liked the last one that came out.I sort of got mixed feelings on another one though.I am kind of waiting on the Hellraiser equivalant of Jason X to show up sooner or later and just completely destroy my dedication to the series.

I will have to say the one scene involving the campfire girls in the sleeping bags did put a smile on my face,I just had to question throughout the first 30 to 45 minutes if I was watching a late night cable T & A flic.Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with a little T & A but as far as a Friday the 13th entry I would have to say it is the worst...yes even beating out #5.Just my own opinion though..I got alot of buddies that love Jason X and just consider me jaded when it comes to matters like these...perhaps they are right.Time will tell when I pull out the meat cleaver.
With that beeing said....I will be there in line for Jason Vs. Freddy when it releases out and probably buy the new friday the 13th when they put that out too

Normally I either like a film with a deep plot and character development, or a mindless movie like most horror movies are, they are great for just chilling out.

i guess i'm the only one that thinks that film needs every bit of destructive criticism it got. It was so smeg awful  We all thought ouber Jason was hilarious though.
Was like a smeg awful episode of crappy andromeda... did they even bother to change the sets? Talk about cheese festivals

The 5th one doesn't even have Jason in it.I remember seeing that in the drive in and immediatley spewing out my beer when they revealed it was just the damned ambulance driver...I STILL have deep rooted feelings towards that movie..main reason is...the 4th was so good and they just flushed it with the 5th one.If I could only get the people responsible for that piece of crap in a room alone...hmmm...that might be a plot for the next movie, alot better than launching his decomposed ass into space..uberJason(shudder)..if they continue it on from that story line then it will be dismal indeed.

Oh ok...Then I completely agree with you.All of the hellraiser series I like.Hopefully they the new will be as good as the last one.The last one reminded me of the old Clive Barker Comic series that he had put out.

arrgh, i got all the hellraisor comic books from years ago. i didnt realy even like them, just had some need to get them all. "cenobytes are comming, i must recite poetry' and that stopped them. didnt like any of the cenobytes from that, though the idea of making a whole building one of those boxes was pretty nifty.

i wonder how many minutes the cenobytes will have. these next two hellraizor movies are supposed to come out at the same time. i hope they dont follow the same as pt 5 and 6, not that those were too bad, just so predictable.

i could have sworn someone had scanned the comic books. i also believe there are synopsese(es) at a hellraisor site of most of them, with all the books. i cant recall the site at the moment, but i will try to remember it.
