Maybe i'm getting excited over old news , but I saw some footage where one of those villagers took Leon's Head CLEAN OFF IN ONE SWEEP with a M*F*in' CHAINSAW !

Now I should really grab some motivation together and finish that dreadfully boring RE 0....think that footage delivered some....

Oh dear - DON'T buy a gamecube for RE 0 :-o !!!

It was partially the reason (RE4 being the other) I bought it.....boy did I screw up.....

It starts off decent enough , but you'll soon find yourself in yet another mansion....with ofcourse a underground facility,Zombies just given new textures , no new abilities , the new leech zombies are a annoyance , the hunters return *sigh* and what the f*** are you doing in this game mr.Tyrant ?
Go back to your stasis tube !
And that drop your items anywhere blows up in your face later in the game.....GRRR....

Actually I bought ETERNAL DARKNESS for killing time and my lord that game oozed atmosphere.......truly GRIM, dark.....awesome soundtrack too....
That game was a delight....

not played RE0 and don't really want to, the remake is an absolute pleasure to play though

Not played ED, but i hear nintendo and silicon knights put a lot of work into it. I believe SK are thrid party which is a shame but no big loss I suppose.

As for buying a gamecube, its the same reason I always buy a nintendo console, Zelda

i will give the gamecube this, the resident evil game graphics (re remake, re0 and what ive seen of re4) are the best gfx ever, beating the gayness that is shit box, sorry X-box, xbox being so shit tehy dont even let re be released on it haha :lol:

Conker's Bad Furday 2 on teh Xbox got the E3 prize for best graphics (RE4 was runner up), and well it does look awsome.
Remake looks good, but a lot of it is just pre-rendered backdrops which, well anything can display a static image.

I agree with PCA on that front, the Xbox is capable of better graphics than the PS2 and the cube looking at system specs. Problem is whether they have the talent to exploit it. However, from games i've seen, I agree with the urine comment :lol:

when u think about it tho ps2 was out a year before gc and shitbox, whereas the gc and xbox were roughly same time i think, and the games ive played on xbox are all horrible and shit and i want to kill everyone involved in anyway with xbox for being pricks and supporting ms to globally dominate yet another form of electronic entertainment, fucking xbox are for pigs

that's a totally unimportant footnote though to support the inferiority complex. The xbox is a better console from specs, new or not. Looks crap, but the hardware is solid. Has the same crop of mediocre titles as the PS2, PS2 has a better pad, Xbox can do everything but cook toast. :lol:

This is about graphics though right? Xbox is capable of more than the other two

When it boils down to it, they are all pretty crap. Disciminating against/picking on the xbox because of it is like cutting off your nose to spite your face imo :lol:

If you have to focus on the negatives and choose one of the two, I'd probably rather go for an xbox. Games maybe shit, but you do get a good media player. You don't with a PS2. So I'd choose a seXbox

ps. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I only bought a console for Zelda and a few other nintendo games, I don't really like the damn things :lol:

All the best games are either on the PC, or have superior pc versions bar the odd exception
