Set bandwidth allowed per file.

So I can set 1 file at 50k, and that bandwidth will be allowed for ONLY that file, while the rest of the queue is on a cap of 20K for all the rest of the files?

If you mean uploading... no, that would be leeching and would be totally unfair. Then again, using it to cap at 20kb/s isn't exactly avoiding the limit. However, why not just use a mod with powersharing? Where the powershared file always gets through the queue... say like morphXT.

However, I suspect your meaning download? If you mean downloading, I'm not sure either, but it sounds like something that would be implemented into the categories feature. Try ask at emule-project.net
