how to author a bunch of .VOB files into a DVD?

yeah I downloaded this Secret.Window.(2004).DVDr.FedEx.And.Dnbas.SvcdPlaza
and it contains a bunch of .VOB files, and now I'm wondering how to make a DVD of these?
I've only backed up a DVD with DVDShrink to an image and burnt that,
never done this before.

but imgtool only burns a complete DVD folder with IFO files, right?
I have no folder structure, just a bunch of .VOB's and no .IFOs.

I tried a guide that used vobedit/ifoedit but that method doesn't support menus.

Try to use Nero or TMPGEnc DVD Author..I think it might work

downloading TMPGEnc DVD Author (and DVDLab as someone suggested somewhere) now...
Since I only have the VOB files, it seems that what I need to do is to get IFO etc. files done from them (which IFOedit did successfully, only it doesn't support menus).

So is there a solution to create the IFO's and such from these that would ALSO do the MENUS?
Because then I could just burn it with Nero, if i'm not mistaken.

are you sure there wasn't a rar pack with the ifos released? Its pretty stupid not to do that, everytime I've got one with just vobs, there was a pack with all the vts and ifos included...

my bad ... the rars with vobs were named [filename].part[n].rar
and there was one named just [filename].rar that I didn't notice.
It has all the ifos etc. inside

btw the movie only had dutch subs in it (I want to watch any movie with either finnish or english subs) so it was a total waste of time and bandwidth anyway.
I guess I should've seen that coming too since according to the filename it's from SVCDPlaza

surely you can use ifoedit, and mux in some subtitles in an appropriate language? ie. replace the dutch with english
