Red Water (2003)

http://imdb.com/title/tt0365677/

Plot: Louisiana?s Black Cove becomes the center of a struggle for survival when off shore oil drillers, a pack of criminals diving for hidden drug money and a vicious bull shark all descend upon the bayou at once. River boatman John Sanderson (Lou Diamond Phillips) squares off against the criminals when they take him and the group of oil drillers hostage, forcing them into the water with the bull shark in order to find their money.

Review: I can't help by not like anything about this movie. The actors seem to be as uninterested in making the movie as I was in watching it. I returned it so fast it made the cashier dizzy. Skip this stinker. Trust me. You'll have more fun at the dentist. :o

Another killer review:

I'd would rather dip my genitals in a tank full of killer piranhas than sit through Red Water for a second time. The direction is stagnant, the acting is wooden, and the dialogue is so ridiculously shoddy, it would have been less artificial if everyone pantomimed instead.

It's too familiar to be interesting, too derivative to be scary, and too serious to be truly amusing. In short, it's recommended for absolutely no one. Even the families of the actors will probably turn this off before the end credits. (I wish I did.)

Forget the bull shark, Red Water is bull sh*t.
