Those that have known me a while will know that I get pissed off with emule from time to time and start stressing and moaning, it usually passes when i get the blody thing working again.

I'm not sure why it's not working properly though?
I'm going to do a fresh install tonight and see if that helps then I'm at a bit of a loss :(

OK, I've done a clean install of emule (pawcio and MorphXT) with completely default options and I'm still nigh on unable to download :(

Has anyone got ANY ideas as to what's wrong.

Oh and I've obviously got High ID connection, upload is fine, but downloading doesn't seem to be able to find / keep sources, I think this can be tested by attempting to give me a friends slot, it will drop it almost immediately :(

is it possible that you cant download at the rates you were used to because in the clean install you lost your userhash? (the one used to gain all the credits in your peers' computers)

No, I've kept the same userhash etc :(

And the clean install was only done as a result of my speeds dropping to shit anyway :(

I might start again with a new userhas as well, as last time I did that it cured my problem

Try without a router for a few hours.

Anyway, with Pawcio 5.11.

Shouldn't AFAF automatically goto the power shares in question?

Used to....

No, I'm not using selective chunk sharing (or at least I don't think so ;) )

Just some things I've noticed with Pawcio... at least until updating to the newest (5.11):

-some files do not complete, just hang at 100% after the final hash.
-some files show in shared files, even though they haven't even been started yet, seems to only apply to small files (.rar, .nfo, etc.)
-mysterious lowid's, solved by a restart of emule only, after running for an extended period of time
-speeds are consistent, no changes both up and down

first two are known issues

no problems with 5.11 so far, nice and stable... good speeds

I'm using eMule v0.44b [MorphXT v5.0]

On the bottom of my transfers list there's a green bar. To the right of it it says Client List 0/6250.

And after I'm connected, the green bar moves up with the number. Like 148/6250 would have the green bar at 2%.

Is there a setting I need to change? Or is that normal?

Sounds normal if you only have a few low source files downloading and in share.

That's about right.
But what is it for?
What happens when I reach 100%?

Nothing happens when you reach 100% that I'm aware of other than your set queue size is maxed. I'm not sure the bar serves any other function except to be a quick glance % bar for your queue.

Another question...

I think when I upgraded from the MorphXT I had before to the one I'm running now, I lost all my credits, cuz I did a clean install.

How do I prevent losing all my credits?

Is that related to Hash Files?
