Yeah that's always been a problem on bt. It's gotta be newbies who don't know any better or it's the worse ones of all. The ones that don't give a shit and do it on purpose.

So i decided to see where the torrent came from. Noticed it's from a registered tracker. That narrows it down to 2 bt sites(although i know right away which one it is). Checked the torrent details and low and behold it's from the worst tag removing site there is Crazymazey's. It's seems he likes removing tags this Tifa fellow because the Cat III's he's uploaded on the Gore Section of Sn i know have been done by ferox(Human Pork Chop/Female Market). But seeing as he left Cm's well they all went on a remove ferox tag from anything he's ever uploaded there. Fucking bullshit!

Yeah you're right there Dxa, I know I've given him some stick for his liberal use of the word "uncut" and undersized/oversized rips but he did release some rare stuff, and if he joined this board I'm sure people would help him hit the magical 700MB.

Tagging is a grey area, the way it should be is anyone that created anything gets credits. The people who make the film = biggest, the person who makes the rip = smaller, distibution = thanks from people who download from them

I know some people burn a quick info text onto the avis, I'm not sure what to think of that to be honest, but I do put details in the author/copyleft/comments field in nandub

I know Tifa and I'll talk to her to see what's going on.

I don't see any filename changes or tag removing. Tifa didn't posted this one in the forums, and she didn't ever said 'this was my rip' in her comment on the tracker.

What does that screenshot suggest George, are we looking at uploader part? When you send a torrent to suprnova, it shows your name as a uploader, not the ripper. Have you noticed lots of TheDeadLive there? None of them are his rips, he's just uploading that torrent to suprnova to help them spread wider.

...and torrent name. Torrent name is unimportant. When you open the torrent with a BT client, it creates the REAL files, which in this case:

Nightmares.In.A.Damaged.Brain.1981.Gory-Version.VCDrip-HHAH.avi

So, I believe your accusations towards Tifa are not right, I guess differences between BT and ED2K confused you a bit

As can be clearly seen from those screenshots i am not trying to deprive any rippers of any credit and I am a little upset that those accusations have been levelled against me without any chance to defend myself...

My point is.... I am not trying to deny a ripper his credit and never have, nor am i claiming that any rip is mine at any point... all i want to do is share what i have collected with others...

As for supernova uploading... yes i type out manually the name of the torrent and do not use the "create name from torrent file" button because to be perfectly honest it never works for me, supernova crashes so many times trying to upload and i find it easier to just type in the film name... but at no point have i tried to claim i ripped them, and anyone trying to grab the torrent can see from both the forum details and the tracker details who has ripped it, not to mention the files themselves...... all i am doing is seeding them...

If i have upset or offended anyone with those nova uploads then i apologise sincerely and will arrange to have them removed if you so wish... and thankyou to Decypher for making me aware of this thread.

I'd just like to add one more point , just for George Tatum's piece of mind that I'm not trying to claim credit for his rip or any rip for that matter in any way whatsoever...


My original announcement post at CMs clearly shows HHAH as the ripper of the file (i didn't say george tatum as ripper because i simply did not know that at that point as the file name doesn't say it) (see screenshot in previous post)

No renamed tags, no ripped by TiFa tag on it or something stupid ... You are more than welcome to briefly start that torrent to confirm this... my only error here as far as i can tell is to not upload it to Nova with the original file name on the main header but i have problems using that feature on that site as i previously explained, and for that i sincerely apologise to you George.

I would also like to add that before i even uploaded that rip to CMs i checked with a well respected member of this community to see if it was ok to do so and if you would mind....someone you know George but I will not name the person without his consent, hopefully he will post and verify that i did infact do this.

All i am doing at CMs is sharing the stuff other rippers have done and crediting wherever possible, I have no interest whatsoever in stealing credits for rips i simply have not done....
