erm, I may have to move this once I check it, those resolutions are extremely small, meaning when its resized there'll be notable distortion. You should aim for 512x horizontal res (high 400s is also fine for 4:3), however its really small here though.

I think i might go for agony studios... it seems to have the same run time "Play Time: 1:26 h " but has a good Resolution so won't look as bad when resized. I'll download it and let people know

i'm aware of that, but that's just the resolution GK came up with after the compressibility test. a higher resolution would have meant that the percentage would drop below 40%. and as you know GK doesn't like that and shows the number in a red field.

anyway, the agony studios rip does have the better resolution (maybe divx is better for full screen rips? :roll:

) and that's why i also posted it here.

btw, i was already wondering beforehand if this is the right place to post it, since the quality isn't the best (also the source dvd could be way better). so move it if you see fit.

I think its a bit on the low side, I looked at some review sites and the quality is not very hot on the DVD. Actually i'm shocked its from 1990, it looks like a 70s movie

I'm going to move it since I don't think that the divx one will be too hot, any objections?

Yeah,but I wasn't wanting to throw the bulk of the work on you again Bonnie....of course it would be appreciatted as always but I was thinking maybe a newer member can earn their wings..of course if it comes down to it...I really don't care where they come from as long as something gets put out...just don't want to over burden you with already alot on your plate as it is :wink:
