Could somebody explain the adding friends option
I know when you right click on a user you get the option to add to friends but what does that do ? and how do you give people a "friend slot"
I have added a couple of HHAH guys to my friends list but to be honest they dont seem to appear in the u/l list any more than any other people ?

I think that when you add people to your friendlist, they get a higher rating then the non-friends. If you go into messages and rightclick the friend, then you can give them a friendslot. At least in Sivka which I use.

They look offline if you aren't in their queue for anything, and if they aren't in your queue for anything.

I think this is about right, but Spud will probably correct me on something..

Cool just tried that and I get "establish friend slot"
I'm sure if there are any finer points Spud will put me right

Do you keep the "establish friend slot" ticked all the time or do you only enable it when you see that person either in your queue or u/l ?
Do you uncheck it when that friend has completed ?

Most mods limit the number of friendslots you can apply. I use Neomule 3.00 which allows 2 friendslots, but earlier versions only allowed one.

my MorphXT 2.5 (old version) i've currently got 4 friend slots running
