Someone else using Emule Pawcio 5.15 and downloads from me?

Just ask because there seems to be a problem between me and PC_Arcade. He is barely able to connect to me and if he does, his download rates are at best 1/8th of the rates everybody else gets. Wonder if he is an exception or if this client generally has problems with mldonkeys or me.

I've had some problems with other people in the past and that came down to ip over client.

maybe there's something in the newer clients thats dislike mldodgy....i know morphxt will never upload to a mldodgy or dodgyhybrid for some reason...thats unless i have it on a friendslot

[edit] and i've just started d/l from you again and the d/l speed shows 333bytes a second

The problem is I want a client with core/gui architecture. My mldonkey core is running on a small machine without X. I can connect to this core from all my working computers at home and even from work. The only other client which can do this is the official edonkey client. But hey, my upload is quite good, I am just a bit pissed because it looks like only the wrong guys get it. No need to punish myself with a client with nearly no download just that you can still use your incompatible emule mods.

i'm also d/l from another mldodgy client and the same thing is happening with him/her...only d/l at a few hundred bytes/s :wacky:

i guess it's just gonna take a lot longer for files to spread if those not so helpful ppl are getting all the chunks while the rest of us try our hardest to share at higher priority what we have :roll:

120.7 M in 56 minutes is not that bad. Though I am not sure how trustworthy those absolute numbers really are.

I also noticed a problem with connections between PCA. Would only upload to him at low speeds, and then he would just drop out. My client would then not see him as queued for anything.

I think somewhere along the way the problem was resovled though. Was able to keep him slotted earlier.

Person I've noticed the most trouble with staying connected is Spud, but not recently.

I also thought that this problem was resolved. There was a short time when PC_Arcade got better connections to me.

Although my download speeds went to shite, so I put it back on port 88.
