.. Just to clarify "DVD Runtime ......: 83 Mins" any scenes missing or?
SamHain-tt0318040-Workprint.DIVX.Drweir.avi, seems to have runtime of 1:31:10
I'm sure that STR version has a much better quality, but would like to know what scenes are missing/altered in it and vice versa compared to that other one...

Well, I toojk a bit off the beginning. Let's see, I included it on my self-made DVD with a reason, so let me check. "I deleted this scene because it over-exposes the monsters and their lair. Also, Steve escapes from them later on in almost the same way. And, finally, what kind of horror movie has a guy fighting with the monster at the very beginning?" So, that's about it. You lose the whole Richard Greico ego trip. He gets to look tough before dying, show off hsi abs and basically extend what should have been (and ends up being in this cut) a pre-credits role into a long, boring waste of time. If you've seen the movie, Pm, me and I'll tell you exactly what I cut. Other than that one scene, I cut nothing else. Also, the minor bits of gore (body parts, etc.) that occur during that scene were used in this cut. There is not one second of gore missing. Just Richard Grieco.

The uncropped areas are there because the frame moves.
