Synopsis

So the fucking MPAA bastards are on a rampage. Stupid pricks only realized that they're making things

worse for themselves. Anyways the source for this is NTSC dvd-r(org video) from e-bay[USA]. I've

also included the alternate ending. This is the best quality of this flick so far. Better than vhs

but still no dvd-rip quality. Enjoy and FUCK THE MPAA!

A DVD is a DVD, a DVDr is one of those writeable discs you burn things onto. The difference given that retails can be dual layer means that its half the size, re-encoded, or a pirate copy.

ie. when someone says a DVDrip, its a rip from a retail copy. When it says DVDr, its a rip from a downsized/re-encoded or pirate dvd.

I don't think this is available on DVD so I'm guessing its from a pirate DVD from ebay or captured off tv. But I'm sure DeadAlive can tell you exactly what was meant

So Creeps and Slither have lots in common. Slugs, dead folk, comedy-horror. I haven't read of director Gunn discussing similarities to Night of the Creeps, but he's said Slither is based on a graphic novel and influences of other directors. He's not saying it's all his idea.

I haven't seen Slither, and it looks like it surpasses Creeps in the gore effects and the concept of the slugs themselves. But still, slugs plus dead people means Night of the Creeps to me.

If he's a fan of 80's horror, surely he's seen this sweet piece. What gives?
