Hi,
I'm searching for a movie with following scene (no further spoiling please):
The killer rips up a man's stomach with a scalpel and then takes a piece of his innards and puts it into the victim's mouth.
A woman's head gets also chopped off inside a car later on.
All I know is that it is a US Slasher!
