I've been trying to get hold of this movie for years, and it was finally released on DVD along with Troll 2 a couple weeks ago. So here's a DVD Rip of it.

Troll (1986) - DVDRip.XviD.BH

<img src="http://www.btinternet.com/~lewis.paterson/images/troll.jpg"></img>
Sorry for the video cover, but there isn't a DVD available of Troll on it's own, It's only available on the 'MGM Double Feature' DVD with Troll & Troll 2 which this Rip is from. That cover is posted at the end, but I thought I'd post this video cover, as the cover for the DVD is kinda crap and is completely different from the original cover art

<B><U>Plot:</U></B>
An evil troll, Torok, the transformed state of the ex-husband of an old friendly witch named Eunice St. Clair, has chosen her apartment building to be the heart of the restoration of the world he once knew. To do this he uses an Emerald ring, and takes possession of a little girl named Wendy, whos brother Harry immediately suspects something wrong. Torok, often in the form of the little girl, goes into each occupants apartment, hideously transforming people (beginning with Peter Dickinson, named after the author/protagonist of _The Flight of Dragons_, which explores similar themes) into plant pods.

Specs:
Length: 1hr 22m 29s
Aspect: 576 x 320
Codec: XviD
Framerate: 23.976
Av. Bitrate: 928 kb/s
Audio: MP3 160kb/s

The filesize came out a little too small(645Mb), but the movie is only 82mins long, so quality is good.

P.S. Troll 2, will come soon 8)

Thanks for keeping Troll shared Katya.

Yes, Troll 2 will be released soon........unfortunately, lol. It's truly one of the worst movies ever made, which is why it's a must have

Anyway, I might release a different movie before it first, in a day or two, not sure though.

hehe, I have to agree. Troll is a another childhood favourite of mine, great cheesy fun

Glad to see you're letting your kid watch horror movies ;) how young is he/she? I must thank my parents for letting me watch horror movies when I was as young as 4/5 yrs old, lol, it's the reason I love horror movies so much now I suppose.

Anyway, I'll release Troll 2 first, seeing as you seem quite eager to get it, but you better warn your kid before hand, because it's really bad  and it has got nothing to do with the first Troll, and actually, doesn't even contain any Trolls......only Goblins  I'll post it in the next day or two, just gotta rip it first.
